Swine Nutrition
The course combines theoretical concepts of nutrition such as swine digestive physiology with practical aspects of swine nutrition including feed ingredients and feeding programs. Current research, hands-on exercises and real-life examples will be used throughout the course to illustrate the principles and underlying mechanisms of swine nutrition.
Lectures and labs are the same as for AN SC 462, but with additional assignments and evaluation appropriate to graduate studies.
