Advanced Quantitative Genomics
Genetics and analysis of quantitative traits in farm animals and crop plants. Detecting, locating and measuring effects of quantitative trait loci (QTL). Recent developments in QTL mapping and discovery. The laboratory sessions include hand on experience in using commonly used softwares for analyzing data from breeding and genomics experiments. Prerequisite: *3 of statistics and AN SC 385 or PL SC 465
